Defect Rectification and Clearance

As much as the routine maintenance is carried out with preventative checks and repairs to keep the daily defects to a minimum defects that are difficult to pre empt  such as accident damage , engine management issues , obligatory light failure etc we have a number of resources such as fully equipped service vehicles to attend operating centers and rectify defects . This is particularly cost and time efficient as a number of defects can be rectified on a single visit preventing nuisance VORs.

For compliance and visibility Defect notes can be submitted to us electronically daily and Signed off by us via the R2C platform.
